Hikes

Sarah Stremming coined the term "decompression walk" to describe "a walk where the dog is allowed freedom of movement in nature."

Decompression hikes are a great option for all sorts of dogs! High energy dogs can get lots of energy out, while nervous dogs can take their time exploring and sniffing. These hikes are great for building confidence, practicing skills such as recall, ignoring passing-by dogs and people, and exploring different places is great for mental stimulation! Dogs are picked up from your home and then go adventuring at the river, in the woods, at local parks, etc. for 2-3 hours with a few other canine friends and are returned back home tired and happy!
